- Agents that take care of your customers. They answer on WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone, share prices and book appointments straight into the business's system.
- Custom tools with AI built in. Dashboards and apps so the owner can see how the business is doing without asking anyone for a report.
- Automations. Information flows on its own between sales, marketing and support apps, with no copy and paste.

Co-founderA custom software studio.
- We grew to more than 25 engineers and project managers, with clients in Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Colombia and the US.
- More than 45 projects for banking, healthcare, manufacturing and insurance.
- I automated a Colombian lender end to end. It ran everything on Excel sheets: now it's one system, from the loan application to the final payment.
- I built ShipApp, Optimus Steel's dispatch system: it tracks every shipment from the moment the order is created until the truck drives off.
2006 → 2016
Before KeyCore
Caracas- Independent consultant. Apps and web platforms for insurance, education and consumer-goods companies.
- Engineering manager at MDN Consultores. I led the redesign of its core system and its team.
- A pharma company, from IT support to tech lead. I built the system medical reps used to report their day, and trained groups of non-technical people, in person, to use a piece of software.
